We very much like the slide out rack. It is very helpful in pulling cooked food out and back in to the hot oven and it is much safer than the traditional racks.
I would suggest that the black finish with the controls be changed to show less fingerprints.

Does all we ask. So far, so good. Installation wasn't as straightforward as described but we got it in place and working after several hours.

I haven't had it for long but I really like the WiFi connection. We can pre heat the oven so it's ready to go when we get home.

Outstanding Wall/Under-Counter Oven

I researched wall ovens for use as an under-counter oven in a basement bar which I'm turning into a specialty kitchen for my baking needs. The overall reviews for this wall oven were outstanding and this was backed up by multiple service techs and sales personnel discussions. Initial operation has been exceptionally smooth and the unit "feels" very upscale. I bake thousands of cookies every year and this is exactly what I needed to up my baking capacity.
