Struggling to adjust to temperatures and timing

I like it, but it takes a very long time to preheat.
Also, the convection baking takes way too long to bake a cake. A cake from a mix should bake in 24-28 minutes. It took 45 minutes to bake on the convection feature. 13 minute cookies took 18. I am struggling to learn how to adjust to this wall oven.

Nice Looking Product

Oven looks nice and seems to cook fine in my limited use. Like the integration with Google and Alexa. I have 2 areas for improvement (1) the oven racks are way too tight and do not slide in and out. They will scratch the enamel off the oven walls. (2) would like to see integration with Home Assistant.

Disappointed. It takes a long time to preheat. Wifi does not work so I cannot use the air fryer or access the heat outside of home. Controls are too low for comfort. The cooking is slow because the temperature is not accurate. the capacity is ok but the racks are hard to get in and out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To help with your oven racks sticking, put a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel. Rub the vegetable oil onto the left and right edge of the racks, ensuring they are lightly coated. The height of the control panel will vary depending on your specific cabinet and cutout height. For optimum usage and operation, we recommend that the bottom of the cutout be at least 32 1/2" from the floor.

Additional Functionality is Great
