I am a home baker and absolutely love my new double oven. Easy to use. My last single oven, in my old house, was also a GE and it was still working well 22 years later!

This double oven is a piece of junk.

This double oven is a piece of junk. General electrical not standby whatever is wrong with the seven. It was leaking heat around the doors and they did change the gasket which helped that. The problem is that there is a finish problem on the bottom of the upper stove that they will not address. The temperature control is variable on the top stove. I’m very disappointed with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Less than 2 weeks and it doesn’t work now

Looks great we were excited to finally have a double oven. Not sure why only the upper is convection, that’s disappointing but not a show stopper. Easy to use…if you read the manual. Right at 2 weeks it “freaked out”. The oven lights won’t turn off. Sometimes the lower will turn off but if you open the upper door and close it the lower light comes on. The oven tries to turn on but then less than 30 seconds it shuts down and displays that the oven door is open. This happens on both ovens. Went online to find help. Only found one thing: turn off the breaker for 30 seconds and it will reset…No it doesn’t. Doesn’t even reset after 12 hours of being off. Only thing you can do is schedule a repair visit. There is no phone tech support.

So far, it's great!

We just recently moved in, so haven't had much of a chance to use it, but so far it's great. The fan is super quiet which we appreciate. Love the glide racks. The temperature seems to be spot on. The broiler works well.

Main screen blank

Moved into new home, double Dutch oven had a blank screen, part had to be ordered, went a whole month without a oven, thank goodness we kept our ancient toster oven when we moved in
