After doing extensive research on good quality double ovens, I went with this one based on ratings. Unfortunately both ovens stopped working after 5 months of installation. To add insult to injury, the local repair company GE picked to do my repairs, has a one star rating. Not feeling very confident about the product or the repair company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My dream come true

I have always wanted to have a double oven - I love to bake. Both ovens bake well
and the top oven has a convection option. So nice to use for big meals when things
need to be cooked at different temps. Bonus!! You don't have to lean way over to get
the heavy turkey out of the oven!

Issue with cleaning function

I loved the oven until I ran the cleaning function. Now the racks can't come in and out of the oven without scratching the sides. They no longer fit properly into the over. I will be reaching out to customer service, and I hope they will give me a new oven if they cannot trade out the entire interior and fix the problem, but this is a definite issue with the quality of the product.

Where is the light

Replaced 20 yr old double oven

GE website states new models guaranteed to fit into an old GE appliance slot and is true! Replaced my 20 year old GE double oven and the new one fit perfectly.

Not happy

I purchased this double wall oven 3 months ago to replace my 12 yr. old GE double oven. This new oven has yet to be able to hold the set temperature. Shortly after reaching the temperature it is programmed for the oven will drop anywhere from 25-50 degrees, and that is without ever opening the door.
Another problem with this oven is the steam clean feature. After using it for a relatively small spill on the bottom of the oven, I am left with a large water mark that is impossible to remove, even after using the standard self cleaning feature.
If you are replacing a double oven and are not limited due to an existing cabinet opening I would think twice before purchasing this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well but the timer buzzer volume is too low

Hate to bring down the review just because of a buzzer problem, but this is serious enough. Even after adjusting the volume (Low, Med, High) to the High setting, the buzzer for the timer is still barely audible. We have to be in the same room as the oven in order to hear it. There should be a fix for this, I know that others have complained about this.

AMAZING! Love this oven! Got it installed, and put it to work. Has amazing features, WiFi connectivity, and convection bake! Would buy it a 100 times over!
