Wouldn’t buy it again

Not a fan. Inconsistent heating. Racks are hard to slide out. Wish there was a third rack in each oven. Wish there was convection in lower oven - not just the top oven.

Racks that don’t slide easily can be annoying, and we suggest rubbing a small amount of vegetable oil on the edges of the racks to help them slide more smoothly. Be aware that using other types of cooking oil can cause discoloration, so we only recommend vegetable oil.

Great oven

Love the double ovens! Heat up quickly and racks slide so easily. Still trying to get used to the convection! Have not had to use the self cleaning feature yet but with GE appliances I have no doubt it will be great also. Overall look is very nice. Only downside is I hate fingerprints on my appliances and with the touchpad, I am always cleaning fingerprints! Handles get fingerprints also.

Defective right out of the box

Haven’t even gotten to use it. Was installed and when you hit the bake option, the display blinks and shuts itself off. Brand new unit and already have to have a service call in.

Poor temperature calibration.

Just found this review in my emails. My wife has been complaining that food is not cooking correctly. I have purchased two thermometers to assist with calibration. I still can not get it to maintain the correct temperature but they are out of warranty.

I would rate this product 2 stars of 5, but I do believe the only way to describe it is "Poor." The temperature fluctates from use to use. Sometimes it's 15-25 degrees hotter than the set temp, and sometimes it's 10-15 degrees colder than it. I can't run both the top and bottom ovens at the same time without the system shutting down and giving me an error about issues with heat venting. The glass and walls are also significantly harder to clean than other ovens I've owned (it's much harder to scrub off dirt and grime). And, the remote connectivity is spotty and needs to be reset every 3-6 months or so. All in all, issues are to be expected with any appliance, but this one constantly has two or three issues. Over two years of use (and seeing these issues emerge as soon as 4-5 months of use), I would not recommend.

WIFI Aggravation

A bit early for the survey as oven was just purchased. Gave 3 stars solely as there is no manual bypass/override to enable use of Airfry mode. You must first enable wifi to the oven to activate this mode. Even if you never intend using wifi to control the oven. Otherwise, you don’t have Airfry mode. Ridiculous!
We have several wifi driven home devices (leak detection and AC control). Cannot believe someone thought forcing a buyer to use wifi just to enable a paid for function on a device was a good idea. We have no use for remotely controlling an oven.

Some ranges require WiFi to use the air fry mode because it's an enhanced feature that requires the oven to connect to the internet to ensure it's using the most recent software for that mode. GE double wall oven (top is convection)

Can barely hear the sound when you touch the pad to turn on oven and set the temperature. Bigger problem is that you cannot hear when the oven reaches the desired temperature or the timer unless you are standing in front of the oven. All of the technicians say that I have to use WIFI and my cell phone. GE shouldn't assume that everyone has WIFI and that we carry our cell phones with us when we are cooking.

We just installed this oven today! Super awesome features! It looks great and the touchpad is really simple to operate! The probe feature is really cool, and the auto conversion for baking temperature on convection is a nice feature. I just started messing with the WiFi feature, and it was a simple setup! Great oven so far!
I would recommend this to a friend!
