Simply the Best
on December 26, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased in November and just put in our new condo. I could not wait to get LG again because we had one in Florida and I feel it’s the best washer and dryer on the market. The appliance store should not be sell your product because they have no idea what they’re selling. They told me that I did not need the drain tube from the dryer and it says right on the front of it do not operate with the drain tube not in place.

Don't buy. This dryer is a waste of time. It was great when purchased and dried well and quickly. Did less than 20 loads until it failed.

Horrible experience
on June 16, 2024
Posted by: jasaa
Some drying cycles do not dry clothes at all. Installers do not know how to install this kind of dryer. Front door is not reversible and I do not see a way to order a opposite oriented door. Leaked on floor alot because of an uncapped extra drain outlet not mentioned at all in the manual. Called several LG phone numbers, some would transfer me to numbers that are not LG, some would lose connection, the online chat finally got someone to fix some of these problems days later.

LG needs to abandon RXO
on October 26, 2025
Posted by: still_dryerless
The dryer is great if its installed properly. Unfortunately, RXO did not install our dryer correctly. They connected the drain hose to the auxiliary drain, didn't use the provided hose clamp and took away the hose cap/plug needed to block the auxiliary drain so simply relocating the drain hose to the correct connection still leaves the dryer inoperable unless you want water to pour out every where. When I contacted LG about this I was passed off to RXO who then passed me off to LG again but back to menu.

Don’t have it!
on August 7, 2024

I bought it the end of March and it took 5 weeks for it to come in. When delivered the door would not latch. Parts were ordered and it still did not fix the problem. It was determined that it was sprung. It was removed and a new one was ordered. Many weeks later the new one came in but, the dude was caved in and door broken. So, once again we wait! In no way do I blame the Appliance Barn for this! I just want my dryer!
