Appalling service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a dryer a month ago. On my third delivery date but still no dryer. Delivery company said it was damaged so sent back to LG. Tried to contact and heard nothing so far. Best to stay away….

Heat pump dryer FTW!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in hopes of reducing my energy consumption and it did not disappoint. I cut in half my usage compared to my 15+ year old electric dryer. I’m also enjoying the advanced drying modes, and smart notification. It’s also nice to not worry about lint clogging up an exhaust line and creating a fire hazard.

I love my dryer. It’s fast, smart and clean. There are different settings to dry your clothes to the perfect temperate and fabric. This is my first dryer in my new home and I’m so happy

Quiet, drys well, and much lower energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG heat pump drier about a month ago. In short, I am very happy with it. I had read reviews of other heat pump driers where people complained about the clothes feeling damp when they came out, but I have not found this. The clothes feel as warm and dry as they did with my previous vented electric drier.
I like how quiet it is, how it doesn't vent my temperature controlled air to the outside, and how much less energy it consumes. It takes about 1h10m to dry a load of clothes compared to about 1h for my prior drier. Even though it takes slightly longer, I've been measuring its energy consumption and it uses less than half the amount of electricity my prior drier used per load.

Great, efficient ventless dryer

No vent in basement, so needed a ventless dryer. Have an LG washer/dryer combo machine, but drying took forever, so read about this machine (not on the market when we bought the combo machine), so bought it. Great purchase. Maybe not quite as fast as a standard vented dryer, but dries clothes quickly and efficiently, and quiet. Very happy with the purchase, big upgrade.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Dryer. Very quiet. The drain hose reached my washers drain pipe. So installation was easy. While it does take longer than a vented dryer to dry the clothes, dry times are still reasonable. You' just need to be careful that you don't brush up against the dryer when it is running. The touch screens are very sensitive and you can accidentally pause the drying cycle or change a setting.
