Great stove oven

We’ve had this oven stove combo for about 3 weeks. Was working great with no issues until today. One of the ovens stopped working.

Internal Gas Leak

I love the stove except for one issue. I have a brand new FORNO 8 burner Gas/Electric oven. It has an internal malfunction with a gas leak internally. I have not had a chance to use the stove but twice so I can't give an accurate review at this time.

Fast service, but one burner not working.

On one of the burners, the ignitor continues to spark after it is lit. Please let me know what I need to do in order to have this problem rectified.

Prior to purchasing range, I had a delightful chat and on-line tour of the Forno 48" duel fuel range with Genevieve. She answered all of my questions and more. She even sent video links for the NG to LP conversion and recommended a shipping company that offered "white glove" service.
