I am very impressed with the communication and fast service when my small oven stopped heating. We had a big event coming up that week which required both ovens and Forno overnighted parts and had a fabulous repair guy within 2 days to my home!!

Prior to purchasing range, I had a delightful chat and on-line tour of the Forno 48" duel fuel range with Genevieve. She answered all of my questions and more. She even sent video links for the NG to LP conversion and recommended a shipping company that offered "white glove" service.

One of my products arrived with a dent. As soon as I got in touch with Forno (Michael and Rafaelle) were so understanding and so very helpful. They took care of the issue right away, were both extremely professional and quick to help me. I appreciate your hard work. As far as the appliances go, they are all very beautiful.
