Another winner for Thermacell

I have the old patio lanterns and bought this recently. It looks much nicer on my patio table and is easier to operate as far as switching the butane cartridge and the ignition. On the old lantern, it was hard for some people to get their fingers in the slots to open the bottom to change the cartridge. This model is much easier as you unscrew the base. It works just as well as all Thermacell products I've tried which are the only things that keep the mosquitos off of me, except for spray-on repellant, which I'd rather not use constantly. I love the design and that there is a lid, so I can leave it outside even if its raining, which happens most afternoons in our part of Florida.

Same great results with stylish flair!

Purchased the Patio Shield Repeller last month. I have other lantern products which I am happy with but wanted to have something to set on a table by pool chairs. Product worked well even with my Florida mosquitoes and is heavy enough they can't fly off with it. Colors are great and fit in with the sunshine and decor. I like the cap feature that I can put on after use to avoid rain/sprinkler damage. The cap closes the unit up nicely. But, I still don't recommend taking it with you on a pool float though!! :-)

Won’t stay lit, light keeps flashing

We bought one several months ago but just got around to trying it out. The flame won’t stay lit, and the light just keeps flashing.
I have four fresh butane cartridges and a brand new card in the unit. I turn the switch to “on” and it starts flashing. I wait a count of 5, then turn the switch past Lon” to hear the click and see the flame come on. The light never stops flashing, and in under a minute the flame goes out.

Mosquitos LOVE me and my son. And where we live we have the Asian mosquitos that bite night and day. I don’t want to use harsh chemicals or candles with little to no results. I read reviews on this and thought I’d give it a try, I mean it’s guaranteed so what could it hurt?
I am beyond shocked and so thrilled at how well this works! I turned it on and waited a few minutes for it to work as directed and couldn’t believe I could sit outside and read and not be attacked! Then again this afternoon I went outside to read and had a few mosquitos bite me. I turned it on and within just a couple of minutes they were all gone!
If you’re debating whether or not to get this, debate no more!! Run to a store right now and get it, you won’t be disappointed!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I do a great deal of outside work....especially at night. I really dislike the oily sprays that attract more dirt than they repel mosquitoes. I purchased a Thermacell and I'm a customer for life! This is the best, reliable product in a very long time that really works.
I would recommend this to a friend!
