AMAZING PRODUCT!

Bought one for my cousin during the Calgary Stampede, based on a friend's recommendation, and it worked 100% after being eaten alive the evening before! Bought 2 more for myself and LOVE them. No more irritating visits on my deck next to the pond. I had no problem registering them in Canada. If it is windy, it has to be upwind, but you will get less coverage. Impossible for mosquitos to be landing on the device, as the repellent works like a charm, and the top gets quite hot. I think some people forget to read the instructions, and don't know how to use it! I highly recommend it!

I love the Thermacell for our deck but if I had known that I wasn’t going to find the refill pads anywhere, I never would have bought it!

Won’t stay lit

I bought this about a week ago and have used it over the last couple of days for camping. It worked great the first day and a half and now it won’t stay lit. I’ve tried changing the tank and the mat but nothing seems to be working. Sometimes it will stay lit for a bit but it doesn’t last long

I bought this several days ago. 1st attempt it did not repel the mosquitoes. 2nd attempt, appears to attract more. Changed out blue repellent, still no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Saved our family vacation

9 people (5 adults 4 kids) camping and last year the mosquitos ruined the outdoor aspect of our trip. Found these by chance and I am here to tell you they are nothing short of a miracle. We set 5 up all around our campsite creating a safe zone. Not a bite or buzz. As soon as we stepped out of our perimeter it was epic plague like attacks on every inch of flesh. These are a must have and the creator of this product should be hailed as the genius they are.

Awful Product

The mosquitoes literally landed on the device. I left it running for over half an hour and even had a mosquito come right up into my face and land on my nose sitting 1 foot from the device. Awful waste of money that I hope I can find a way to get back.
