Sorry that your Thermacell repeller is not working. Have you checked to see if your device is heating or if the mat needs to be replaced? Mats should have a bit of blue color left/ A good indicator that your device is on and heating up is seeing the orange glow in the view window that can be found at the top of your repeller. If you are still having trouble, contact us directly and we will help you out.

Not so great!!

We had our new Patio shield on our patio table and we were getting attacked by Mosquitos left and right. Our hand held thermacell works better on the patio then this waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
