Apparently the new pads are supposed to be blue! Mine are white and don’t work!!

I bought the product a week ago on Amazon and I am disappointed .... that does not work I have tried to ask for help to change the product and I have not had any positive response
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product works great! I use it on my deck and in my gazebo area! Finally able to use the outdoor space! Nothing better espresso in these times where most of us are quarantined, its nice to know I came enjoy my outdoor space without being eaten alive! Well done Thermacell

I bought this product a week ago. It’s definitely a quick relief for a small patio. To me it uses the butane too quick. I used it Twice for a total of 4 hours and used the refill mosquito repellent pads. Not worth it because we live in the country and need something for a larger area.
