Great design/looks But not so effective cleaning

The product is very well design and aesthetics are very pleasing. We got all cafe platinum glass matching and these elevate the aesthetics of overall kitchen. The dishwasher is also designed well to store many dishes, etc. However cleaning and the time it takes to clean (cycles) are very poor compared to our previous dishwasher. It takes way too long and the quality of wash is just okay for same dish load, same setting and same dishwasher and rinse agents.

Dishwasher dreams come true

This dishwasher is the best I’ve ever used. Not only does it spectacularly clean all dishes, including silverware and baby bottles, but it is quiet and spacious as well. The cycles do run a bit longer than our previous washer, but our dishes actually come out clean now so that seems necessary. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone in the market looking to get one because it is that good!

DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS BRAND

I replaced a different brand ten year old product that was working fine but based on potential limited remaining life span when I replaced two other failing appliances. This new dishwasher is TERRIBLE. Oh it looks nice and has LED lights but it can’t clean. The interior is poorly designed. We follow all directions and use recommended detergent but it continually fails to properly clean or dry the dishes. What a waste. I can NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRAND. EVER…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Flexible Fridge Space

We were nervous about the Cafe line being so new but the layout of the fridge was perfect for us. Family of five that does lots of entertaining and has a deep freezer, we needed more fridge space. This model allows us to use the fridge however we need it for the week's activities.
We love the pitcher option, however, due to a very slight plastic deformation on the pitcher platform, we must make sure to tilt the pitcher upward so that the auto-fill option works. The other negative is the doors need a conscious "close the door" rather than a swift brush to close them otherwise the doors stay slightly open. The door open alarm works great for a household of neurodivergent humans.
I cannot stand polishing stainless steel so the glass surface makes wiping finger prints off a breeze.

This is another beautiful Cafe unit. I bought the refrigerator, over and dishwasher. All well surpasses my expectations! This dishwasher actually has LED lights inside on both sides and above. EXTREMELY quite. You can't even tell it's on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
