I picked these up after hearing a sound demo video and couldn't be more pleased. ANC/AA modes work very well, and call quality is superb on both ends. The battery seems to last forever too. I've never heard low bass so clear, and I've used various HT subs. After these I am tempted to spring for the top tier club ones jbl offers. The app works great on android, very straightforward and the eq presets and customization let's you make them sound how you want. I have been a Sony guy for years and years, and my dad's xm4 set sounds good too, but JBL has won me over. Well done!
I’ve had these headphones for about three weeks now and I can safely say they are the best sounding headphones I’ve ever owned! However, I cannot give it 5 stars because of the looseness , is that a word?, of the folding part of the device. It just needs to be tightened up a bit.
I've had this Tune 770 for a few weeks. It works very well. I listen to audiobooks. Everything comes through clearly. Sound is cancelled quite well. When I listen to music I get great bass and treble. The only thing is, I had a more expensive set of headphones that I lost. It took me a while to figure out how to turn this one on after the other system which was much more direct and intuitive. The graphic directions didn't help me.
Really love the noise cancelling! Works super well! Holds charge for a good amount of time too. Little too soon to give it a 5, we’ll see with time but I’m happy to have these!
I bought this product and it won’t charge. There are a ton of complaints online about this problem with no resolution from JBL. Recommendation is DO NOT BUY!

We appreciate your feedback. We're here to help. If the power/battery light indicator is OFF 1. Power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source, to see if the unit will unlock. 2. Use another charging cable AND power adapter rated 5V 1amp to see if the unit will charge. 3. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. 4. Sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air.
If the power/battery light indicator is ON 1. The charger may not be powerful enough to power the unit and charge the battery. Check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 5V 1amp or higher. 2. Resetting may fix the issue, much in the way rebooting a computer or phone fixes many problems. Note: RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To Reset 1. Turn the headphones on 2. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. We can help file a warranty claim If you need further assistance, please contact us.
I've always had trouble finding headphones that would stay on my head, as I have a slightly smaller head. I've worn these headphones whilst doing daily household chores, running, working out, day-to-day wear and every single time the headphones were intact.
Audio quality is great as well, perfect for people who are using these headphones for daily personal use as they are comfotable on the ears, it feels like alllllmost nothing on my ears.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these headphones because they are so comfortable. Usually, I am not a fan of headphones because they are usually too heavy and bulky. However, the Tune770 are light and getting upon my head when compared to other headphones. Another unrelated plus is the long-lasting battery that lasts me several hours even if it is a quick charge.
