Attractive and functional laptop at a reasonable price - ordered and delivered in a few days. It took forever to activate without a Microsoft account, something I do not have. That's an unnecessary obstacle that Samsung should sort out in my opinion. I have used it for a month now and the only issue so far is that the laptop drops connection to external monitor unexpectedly and I have to reconnect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop itself is great. Its quick, it has great features, and its thin and light. The downside for me is the fact that I got the 512 gb storage. It does have space for a ssd card which I use often, but I do wish i would of went with a larger storage. It was just a little out of my price range. All in qll, it is a great laptop though and I love it!!

I am really enjoying the computer. My only complaints are: I wanted to buy it with Windows 11 Pro. Also, coming from a MS Surface I was expecting the case to be metal not plastic.

I personally love my laptop because of how seamless it works with all my other Samsung devices. I noticed that it does overheat if I've had my laptop on for over 3 hours. I also noticed that sometimes the screen will go black if its been over heated for some time. Overall, I enjoy this product
