It is crossed and many lines appear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The computer doesn't work, it freezes, the screen glitches, the computer was never fixed even after sending the computer to Samsung they never resolved this issue, they just mailed it back to me and did nothing to resolve this issue. This product is from Samsung, and I am not satisfied with the product

Best Laptop out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how thin and light this laptop is, even with dual fans and dual SSD slots!! The touch OLED is terrific for work and play along with the port selection! Oh and I forgot to mention the anti-glare screen is game changer.

This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my galaxy book4 pro. From the design to the features it has. I mostly use my device for school, so having AI help cancel out background noise is a great feature to have when I'm in meetings. I love the way it seamlessly connects to my galaxy phone being able to take calls, send messages, and see notifications without touching my phone. Being able to turn my phone into a Webcam is also a handy feature that it has. Let's not forget about the stunning display. I usually get tired of being on my computer doing school work for long periods of time so being able to watch Nextflix or YouTube on an amazing display is great. It also has an adaptive display feature that you can turn on so your eyes don't strain (which I have turned on).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this computer with my financial Aid and my money from work, and I have to say it's the best purchase ever. The computer works so smooth, the design is sleek and refined and the experience as a whole is good. It was my first time buying a high quality computer and it was worth it. The screen is so vivid and bright, I can see the letter and images I'm looking at so easily. As a Psychology student, this is perfect since I must study the different areas of the brain and many behaviors, and being able to look at them so clear makes it a good experience. The processor is fast and smooth, I'm able to use a lot of tabs with out having the computer freeze or lag, it perfect if you are reading an article and making notes or checking what your friends are sending you in the group chat. Zoom calls are so nice, the camera's quality is perfect and the audio is good.

It's not what I expected! It gets very hot, the battery is not what they promised and to top it off it's giving problems with the audio! I do not recommend this product to anyone.
