Received my laptop just in time for my birthday gift and I love it!! The screen and build quality is amazing, its also amazingly lightweight!!! Definitely worth adding to your Samsung ecosystem

I got to say that this labtop is awsome and one heck of a beast.Any 40 rtx series will do wonders on this samsung 4 book ultra.The graphics looks really great and the response its pretty smooth.This is my first samsung labtop and i will continue to buy these types of labtop in the future.Samsung doesnt fail with this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Materials are the best I feel premium everytime I touch it. Sceen is awesome. Samsung addressed all the issues from book 3 pro. I love it

I deeply regret buying this laptop. The screen glass cracked just from opening the lid normally. The laptop was never dropped or hit. Keep in mind that this model is designed to open almost 360 degrees and has a touchscreen. I am certain this was a manufacturing defect and poor-quality materials. Issues can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. However, Samsung refused to take responsibility. Because of this, I will never buy another Samsung product again, as they didn’t even attempt to investigate the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good looking and feeling laptop, but... Without using special software, just Google Chrome 3 windows with about 100 tabs will consume 85-95% of RAM and laptop will be pretty hot. Some cores showing range 65-85°C

I am transitioning from first generation Galaxy 360 pro and can really appreciate all the refinements and improvements of this Book 4. The most noticable improvement apart from obvious screen and performace is sound. I love it! Definately recommend it.

Lightweight and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although i never use the tablet option i love the thin and lightweight form of this computer. I use this to run stage lighting and sound and it has been the most reliable computer I've ever used. I've used it for on the fly graphic design and video editing and it has all the power and space I need to get the job done! The touchscreen and stylus make working on graphics a snap. The battery life is great even when running in high performance mode.
