The features you didn’t think you need, but LOVE!

Much more functional and spacious than our old fridge of the same size. Didn't think the backlit feature would make such a big difference, however, wouldn’t want a fridge without it now. Pitcher feature is also really nice; water is colder than a normal door dispenser. Nothing I dislike about the product so far.

THE MIDDLE DRAWER ON THE FRENCH DOORS- FEATURES DOESN'T LITE UP. The replaced front of drawer but it's freezing the food inside. The person that came out and replaced the front, set it at 29 deg. It's freezing the pop cans an was ready to explode. I do not know how to adjust it as no one showed me how. No booklet came with the frig. I'm tryling to find information on that on line and as now, nothing.

We want to help out with adjusting your middle drawer. The temperature can be changed by pressing the selections labeled "Meat, Beverages, Snacks, and Wine" in order these will be 29 degrees F, 33 degrees F, 37 degrees F, and 42 degrees F. We also recommend getting another technician out to help with the LED light not working. Amazing refrigerator, so elegant and simple with great features. The water pitcher great solution to pour many glasses of water at the same time and keep it constantly chilled.

Horrible product do not buy. Freezer leaks because they have a quality control problem at their facilities. They are overpaying the foam and clogging the condensations line. DO NOT BUY

I'm very happy with our purchase of this refrigerator. Drawers and moving parts are sturdy, it's quiet, and best of all I can easily see everything inside due to the fully lighted back panel. Regular depth accomodates large pans and trays for entertaining, and drawers are tall enough for lettuce heads. Really like the autofill feature for water, and that it measures ounces. No regrets. I'd buy it again.

I've only had this for about 1 months so far so I can't speak about the reliability of it. The interior is really clean and the backlight is honestly amazing, it's also awesome that the slim drawer can go below freezing as well. We decided to get this because there was no exterior facing water dispenser and the ice machine was in the freezer and we were hoping that choosing that would mean we would have a longer lasting fridge.
