Premium and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing electric toothbrush, and it feels quite different from the old Oral B brush I've been using for years. For one it has a lighter vibration that isn't as rumbly, it's more of a buzzing, and it has 3 different levels depending on how thoroughly you need to clean. The brush heads are a little softer than what I'm used to and it was nice, the length of the stem and thinness of the head makes it easier to manuever. The battery has been great so far, and the charging is far more intuitive because they provide a glass cup you can just put on top of the charging stand and drop the brush into instead of actually lining up a slot. The travel case feels premium on the outside but a maybe a little plasticky on the inside. It has slots for the brush handle and two heads, and magnets to keep it closed, and generally feels solid. The app integration is interesting, I wouldn't necessarily think my toothbrush needs to be "smart" but it's nice to see the coverage map of your teeth every once in a while to ensure you're doing a good job. Maybe a little gimicky and not something I'd use daily, but nice to have and not required to use the brush. Overall I'd definitely recommend it, it's a well built and effective electric toothbrush, and I think it'll last for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the toothbrush is really good at deep cleaning your teeth for the end of the day. it has many settings to suit your needs for that particular day. and it comes with multiple extra items like a cup that you can charge the toothbrush with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this toothbrush. I previously used a Sonicare toothbrush, but the DiamondClean Smart 9300 is on a whole other level. First off, this toothbrush offers multiple settings from whole mouth clean to whitening. The intensity of the motor will adjust depending on the setting. Secondly, the app that can be used with the brush is extremely helpful to ensure that you did not miss any area of your mouth. The app accurately shows which teeth are currently being brushed which is truly amazing. The app will also turn red to indicate that you are pressing too hard on your teeth. This was most helpful for me as I have always had a hard time not pressing too hard. The app has helped me find the right pressure to apply on my teeth.
I highly recommend this toothbrush.

Save Time in the Dentist Chair - Super Clean Teeth

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I just got home from my 6-month cleaning. Every time I go, we get into a conversation about my Phillips toothbrush. My dentist always compliments me on how clean my teeth are for my visits. I love the results of using my toothbrush because the cleaning portion of my dental visit with that tool that blasts plaque away is maybe 2 minutes tops. In fact, I think brushing my teeth with my toothbrush is a little longer. LOL!
I started using Phillips decades ago. I have loved it from day one and will never switch to another brand. I love how my teeth always have that fresh-from-the-dentist feel after I brush my teeth.
I current own an older model from 2021, but it is the Sonicare 9300. I switch out the heads every 3 months. I no longer dread those painful dental cleanings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Software Needs This Change

The software is great but I only have real lower teeth so is there is no way indicate to the software that I have an upper denture that doesn't need sonic brushing? Could the developers not add a switch in the settings to handle this situation? Right now after I finish with my lower teeth and stop brushing the software keeps urging me to continue. It is very annoying. Thanks.

Too much going on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t used an electric toothbrush in a long time. This has been an experience. I don’t really care for having to use an app to make sure I’m brushing my teeth correctly. It feels like there are too many steps. The charge does seem to last a while. So it’s nice not to have to change out a battery. I just don’t feel like this cleans my teeth and mouth as well as a manual toothbrush. I find myself not wanting to bother with this one. It a good product, but I wish it was simpler to use and cleaned better than my manual toothbrush.

I have used this same toothbrush since 2020, it’s powerful, has app necessary features, there’s even an app that can assist in creating good brushing habits.

Great but all of them have same issue

Guys for the love of god put one just one drop of thread lock on dang screw and all of these issue go away!!!!. Or at least allow us to easily remove from housing we can tighten & add thread lock ourselves. Ez fix no excuse to omit this during manufacturing.
