SERVES the WHOLE Family

Mouth feels energized and I feel more confident in social appearances as it has helped to get some of the discoloration close to my gumline. A little large for my small sink area, but tucks away easily enough . Would def recommend, especially with kids!

Worth every penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using sonicare toothbrushes exclusively for nearly a decade. Before receiving this model for review I had a 6500 which I loved but this model has a few upgrades that I absolutely love.
First of all the toothbrush head has a more rounded shape and I feel like it contours around each tooth more effectively. I also really really love the addition of the charging cup. Just being able to toss the toothbrush in a cup that's on the counter instead of fussing with a cord is such a great feature for busy people like me
There are so many different modes on this toothbrush you can really individualize your brushing experience. The Bluetooth connected app is a cool feature that I hope to make time to use at Some point in my life.
Overall I love all sonicare brushes but this one definitely has some extra pizzazz! Worth the money.

Cleans better than other products

- First, it always ask me to start on one side, while I want to start on the other side (think of left handed/Right handed people).
- The app detects I am using the brush, but it does not know which segment I am in.
- Instead of normal cleaning of 2 min, it usually goes for 4 min - 2 cycles.
- It is normal for people to take their phone to do this kind of stuff. Initial use of the product - it is ok. But, after a week, it is useless to take the phone and use it.
I just stopped using the app. It is not as intelligent as it claims.
Also, the 6 beeps to change tooth segment.... Just does not seem to work for me. I prefer 3 beeps to change - Top Front, Bottom Front, Bottom Back, Bottom Front. This seems more logical & easier from a hands movement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These are so expensive, yet only last year and half at best. C’mon Philips, you’re a global company, stand behind your products and do better. Consumers buy your products and believe your marketing. Now, it’s time to step up.

Not worth it.

The toothbrush quit charging after 2 years. It failed outside of their 1 year warranty, so Phillips agreed to send me a refurbished one as a one-time curtesy. Two years later, the replacement quit charging as well, which makes me think there's a defect with the product. This toothbrush was great (when it worked), but it hardly seems worth it since each only lasted 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
