Stopped working after only 4 months

Powerful Electric toothbrush with app support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric toothbrush combines with an app to make sure you are cleaning your teeth properly. It comes pre-charged and with two charging options; the standup charger or a glass it leans in. It also comes with a travel case but my model did not come with a charging case. I liked the toothbrush but it was a little intense for me and will take getting used to - I used the lower setting. The app times you and prompts you to devote the same amount of time on each section of your mouth. I honestly don’t know how much I will use the app but if you do, it will prompt you when it’s time to replace the toothbrush head, which is a cool feature. Overall I liked it and I think it will help me keep my teeth super clean!

Love Battery Life & Power - Hate the Travel Case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came from an old E-Series toothbrush, and loved it. I was reluctant to upgrade, but have been very happy with the DiamondClean series so far. It takes a little time to get used to the new 20-second intervals. I wish the DiamondClean had 10 second intervals as well, but I don't see that option.
What I STRONGLY dislike about this toothbrush is the travel case. It's HUGE and doesn't even provide a USB charging port. There's no need for the case to be this big and I would argue that it shouldn't qualify as a "travel" case because it's going to take up a lot of room in your bag. You're better off just putting the toothbrush in a Ziploc bag to save space.
I hope they fix the travel case in the future because it really feels like an afterthought and not what I would expect from Phillips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sadly, old faithful finally gave up the ghost after several years of service. So we upgraded to the latest version and, wow! So much better than even the previous version. Design flaw

The metal tip to attach the brush head gets loose after 2 years of usage. According to online information, it appears to be caused by a loosen screw on the mechanism inside after vibration over time. It is not a good idea to use screw or nut and bolt on a vibrating mechanism as they get loosen. In addition, it doesn't provide user friendly access to tighten the screw. Totally bad design to where screw is needed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
