[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm having problems with balky recharging. I've had this type of toothbrush for YEARS. So I know how they work. But this one has been losing its charge more quickly than I'm used to and taking considerably longer than before to recharge. Did you Philips change the battery tech being used?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this toothbrush is an excellent deal. It has 4 different controls on it so it even has gum settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a mistake buying this handle. Liked my old one that died and you do not have it available any longer. The 20 second interval is messing up my routine. The recommended brush pattern is not my cup of tea. Also the charging stand has no place for brushes. I take the brush off the handle every time I finish brushing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the DiamondClean Smart 9300 as replacement to older DiamondClean product (battery wore out) and hoping to continue not having cavities. I wish for more flexibility in selecting power settings when using the 'Deep Clean+' mode, the intensity automatically defaults to low, and I have been unable to change it, despite following the user manual. I find the pressure sensor and BrushPacer guidance very helpful, however, I find the feature “When brushing with the Philips Sonicare app in 'Deep Clean+' mode, the brushing time will be 2 minutes when connected to the app and 3 minutes when not connected to the app.” tempting me to not use the app.
