Crapped the bed after a year

After a year of owning this expensive toothbrush it didn’t work anymore, it’s fully charged but just makes a vibrating noise without the head actually moving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Same issue as others, After a year of purchase toothbrush metal clamp gets becomes loose & work anymore, just makes a vibrating noise without the brush head actually moving. now the replacemnt doesnt include warranty. soooo in a Year I have to purchase a new one, according to the representive the life of tooth brush is good for 2-3yrs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product but continually breaks down.

I’ve had two of these DiamondCleans in the past 8-10 years. They’re great products but they have consistently broken down on me. Each time I bought one, I had to send them back within the first two years due to malfunction within the warranty and then I get another 2-3 years out of them. The most recent purchase was 2019 with a replacement sent in 2021. A week ago, the motor started malfunctioning again.
From my experience, these have a shelf life of ~5years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this toothbrush. It works great Andy teeth fell great after using. Issue is the app at times have issues. I can spend 30 seconds on a tooth and the app says I need to go back and do that section, because it wasn't cleaned.v

You need a Philips electric toothbrush at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Philips Sonicare HX9903/05 electric toothbrush is very genuine and worth buying, beautiful and luxurious product, has 4 functions: Clean, white, gum Health, deep clean, each function has 3 speeds, easy Brush teeth every day, easy to use, does not damage gums, small brush head easily penetrates deep inside, has a very nice charging base and a unique design compared to other toothbrushes that can charge through a glass The crystal is placed on the charging base, the battery lasts for a long time, up to 15 days after a single charge, 2 toothbrush heads have different uses, especially through the Philips Sonicare app you can know exactly how much it takes 2 minutes to clean. all the outer surfaces of the teeth and an additional 2 minutes to clean all the inner surfaces of the teeth. Any areas that have not been cleaned need to be cleaned further to help clean the teeth from the outside to the inside, inside and outside, otherwise With the app, I don't think I could clean my teeth very quickly and not clean the inside surface of my teeth. The leather case is very nice and soft to carry when traveling. Strong vibration helps clean off food residue on teeth, cleaner teeth, fresher breath, helps prevent periodontal disease and tartar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Philips Diamond Clean Smart Sonic Electric Toothbrush is amazing. I will never again use regular toothbrushes as this product has my mouth feeling as fresh as it ever has before and actually clean. This toothbrush consistently makes sure you brush your teeth exactly as a dentist would instruct and make you aware of everything you are doing wrong. It gets my teeth super clean, and I really like the brush head for it size and comfort. The app is a plus as well because it monitors the effectiveness of my brushing. This toothbrush has a sensor that shows if you are brushing too hard . I highly recommend this toothbrush.

The Bluetooth fails mid brushing so you loose the guidance from brushing and you just have to wing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
