Quality not the Same

I liked this toothbrush, but it stopped working twice! It is expensive for me to have it happen twice in a year. My prior one worked for many years!

Need better QC Process for this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It broke and using the site to ask for a replacement brings you through a circular process. Brush head won't attach now. Center component is wiggly and looks like it is not connected somewhere inside.
FRUSTRATING. Been using Philips Sonicare products for 15 years. This model is not as well built as previous models.

Port head fell out - brush doesn’t stay in place

These are so expensive, yet only last year and half at best. C’mon Philips, you’re a global company, stand behind your products and do better. Consumers buy your products and believe your marketing. Now, it’s time to step up.

Not worth it.

The toothbrush quit charging after 2 years. It failed outside of their 1 year warranty, so Phillips agreed to send me a refurbished one as a one-time curtesy. Two years later, the replacement quit charging as well, which makes me think there's a defect with the product. This toothbrush was great (when it worked), but it hardly seems worth it since each only lasted 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crapped the bed after a year

After a year of owning this expensive toothbrush it didn’t work anymore, it’s fully charged but just makes a vibrating noise without the head actually moving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Same issue as others, After a year of purchase toothbrush metal clamp gets becomes loose & work anymore, just makes a vibrating noise without the brush head actually moving. now the replacemnt doesnt include warranty. soooo in a Year I have to purchase a new one, according to the representive the life of tooth brush is good for 2-3yrs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
