[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toothbrush. I’ve used a couple of other Sonicare models in the past but this one has three intensities and four modes to help you customize the type of cleaning that fits your needs. The battery life seems comparable to other models. The app is useful for telling you when a replacement head is needed but I don’t know that I’d bring up the app on my phone to utilize any of the other features. All-in-all, I think it’s a great toothbrush with lots of neat features and capabilities.

Stops charging or starts vibrating for no reason

My diamond clean is 3 years old..at the 1 year mark it started vibrating even when it was off. Philips changed it out under warranty. Now it has stopped charging. I tried it on both chargers and it's dead. This is my second Diamond Clean in 5 years. Feels like planned obsolescence.

We recommend you follow the steps in the order listed. In between steps, check to see if the issue is resolved before moving to the next. The chargers for all Sonicare toothbrushes are different and not compatible with other Sonicare models. We recommend charging the toothbrush using the original charger that came with it. Does your toothbrush not charge when it is plugged in? Your outlet might not be working. Try using a different outlet to charge it. Check if your charging adapter or cord is damaged. If you notice any damage to your adapter or cord, stop using it immediately. Purchase a replacement in our online store. If you use a charging stand, pad, or glass, ensure that your toothbrush is placed centrally on the charger. The toothbrush will release two short beeps, or the battery light indicator will light up, confirming that the toothbrush is placed on the charger correctly.

Sonicare forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had a sonicare brush before this one but it was an earlier model. I must have purchased my previous one 5-6 years ago and it’s honestly still going strong. But I gave it to my partner (with new heads of course!) and gave myself this one. First of all, the color and feel of it is better. The other felt very plastic-y. This has an almost matte finish to it and I just think it feels better. But truthfully, the only difference between this one and my previous is the charging stand. The cup and the stand that it comes with is amazing. I was shocked to find out that it can charge while in a cup. It just looks nice on my sink! I did give the WiFi and app a chance but it was annoying to be honest. Not fan. Oh last thing, it will blink if it believes you are brushing too hard. I do like that feature as brushing too hard can lead to receding gums which is like one of my worst fears. Ultimately, this brush is worth the money and I’m sure it will last me just as long as my previous. I’m a customer forever!

Love the options

Worked great and sounded great for a while (bought in May 2024) but now the brush heads are so wiggly and the toothbrush is overall so loud when using.

Powerful Electric toothbrush with app support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric toothbrush combines with an app to make sure you are cleaning your teeth properly. It comes pre-charged and with two charging options; the standup charger or a glass it leans in. It also comes with a travel case but my model did not come with a charging case. I liked the toothbrush but it was a little intense for me and will take getting used to - I used the lower setting. The app times you and prompts you to devote the same amount of time on each section of your mouth. I honestly don’t know how much I will use the app but if you do, it will prompt you when it’s time to replace the toothbrush head, which is a cool feature. Overall I liked it and I think it will help me keep my teeth super clean!

2nd unit I have bought. 1st one lasted about 18 months before it died. This one lasted less than a year. Have bought them for family members and theirs die far too fast as well.

DO NOT BUY - faulty battery

Just laid my second one of these toothbrushes to rest after a little over a year of working. It's a nice toothbrush when it's working, but one day it just stops functioning for no reason. This is the same thing that's now happened to me twice. The first time it happened Sonicare did replace the handle and I got another year of use, but now this one has also died. There's clearly something wrong with this product and the company has no other solution than a 30% off discount with free brush head for your money and time. DO NOT BUY!
