[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well the power supply keeps going but it has a pronounced drop after just about 2 minutes running it slows but keep going. Still adequate for function. What's weird is my neck the blade make me break out in line rash that looks like a scar. Something does not seem to be hypoallergenic in the heads. Works fine on my face and head just fine but neck bad. So I have to use a razor. Not sure if it's me or the material of the blades. I have never had this problem before. So not sure what's going on.

After my last Norelco shaver finally gave out after several years I was debating on whether to order another or try an inexpensive competitor. The one thing I didn't like about my last shaver was that the trimmer switch was in an awkward location: when you flipped it on, frequently it shut off the shaver!!! Anyway I'm glad I stuck with Norelco and was pleasantly surprised that the trimmer switch was improved so that the shaver wouldn't turn off! I didn't realize that this is a cordless model, which is very convenient. Cleaning is a snap too as you actually rinse it under the faucet after each use!
This shaver is utility grade, no bells and whistles, but gets the job done. Comes with a transformer and holds a charge well. Easy to clean like all Philips shavers. Excellent price value

It took me some time to find a way to get the power adapter but when I did, the Consumers Support Group at Philips sent it out within the next two-three days and I have been getting great shaves with the new unit ever since,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have razor burn after shaving and it is very easy to take apart after using to rinse out. One charge lasts a long time, so you don't feel like you have to charge all the time. The longer I have used it the closer shave I get.
