Shaves as good as a blade

I have used several electrics in my life. This is the first rotary and i was very surprised. I have a tough beard and the flat style electrics did not capture the beard well. They did an ok job but not good so i used a razor blade. This rotary did a job almost as good as a blade! I loved the battery life got a week of shaves and it felt good in my hand and easy to clean. If your looking for an electric this norelco is a great one to try. I will definitely buy one.

Good shaver for the price

I have had several different electric shavers of the years, including a few from Philips, and this one is as expected. I have never had any issues with my other Philips but this one was far better. I think the battery life was much better than I expected and had very little to none hairs pulls when using it. The easy fit in my hand, the lightweight of the shaver allowed for easy and quick shaves. I think the cost is at par as compared to others I have owned in the past as well as what is out there I the market today. This shaver is going to be a keeper and cant wait to see how it performs over the long haul.

Extremely disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife purchased the cordless Phillips Norelco Shaver for me while I was in the hospital for six weeks. I could not use a regular razor and my old Phillips Norelco is corded and hard to reach from the plug while inpatient. The new razor was fully charged as instructed and barely cuts the hair on my face. It was so weak that I went back to my old plug in and my wife held the cord so It would reach for me. This razor is NOT worth what she paid for it and cannot be used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impresssively Close-Longlasting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use a razor on my face if I’m going to do a close shave, so it was a true risk to try this electric shaver. I normally have a full beard and my hair grows super fast! This was able to cut close, leave me feeling smooth, and it seems to have lasted longer than usual without my having to shave again. African Americans have corse and curly hair and subject to hair bumps and ingrown hairs, I didn’t experience any of that

I love this shaver! Holy cow; I had considered getting a new one (I was using an older model of Philips), and I'm glad I did. This shaver cuts so close, but no tugging or pulling--such an improvement! I enjoy shaving with this shaver, a close, quick shave and quick charging.
I was offered this product for free for my unbiased opinion.

Overall great shaver

This shaver really delivered the close shave I was looking for. It was comfortable to use and offered a decent battery life. The retractable touch up trimmer was perfect for touching up areas where the full shaver head was not needed. Overall, I would recommend this product. It gets the job done, and feels like it is built to last awhile.

Great comfortable shaver

The blades are quite working and very smooth to ur skin. Make sure your hair isn’t long otherwise you’ll have this little machine pull your hair. Overall, great product. Comes with a carrying case and great to use on the go!
