[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont know why but it just feels like my electric razor cut the whiskers better because the blade spun faster. The battery operated one seems less powerful.Have your product makers ever tested them both to see if they spin the same ?

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have with the Philips Norelco Shaver.
It's possible that your shaver's performance might have declined due to a need for cleaning. Sometimes, hair or dirt particles can get stuck inside, affecting the shaving heads. Try removing the shaving heads and cleaning the inside thoroughly. Also, ensure that your shaver is assembled correctly. For optimal results, use circular movements with gentle pressure. If you're new to the Philips shaver, give your skin a couple of weeks to adapt. Additionally, trimming your beard before shaving can help reduce irritation and shaving time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well the power supply keeps going but it has a pronounced drop after just about 2 minutes running it slows but keep going. Still adequate for function. What's weird is my neck the blade make me break out in line rash that looks like a scar. Something does not seem to be hypoallergenic in the heads. Works fine on my face and head just fine but neck bad. So I have to use a razor. Not sure if it's me or the material of the blades. I have never had this problem before. So not sure what's going on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hope it has longevity. Some do not last long. Easy to clean
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Shaver!

After my last Norelco shaver finally gave out after several years I was debating on whether to order another or try an inexpensive competitor. The one thing I didn't like about my last shaver was that the trimmer switch was in an awkward location: when you flipped it on, frequently it shut off the shaver!!! Anyway I'm glad I stuck with Norelco and was pleasantly surprised that the trimmer switch was improved so that the shaver wouldn't turn off! I didn't realize that this is a cordless model, which is very convenient. Cleaning is a snap too as you actually rinse it under the faucet after each use!
This shaver is utility grade, no bells and whistles, but gets the job done. Comes with a transformer and holds a charge well. Easy to clean like all Philips shavers. Excellent price value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shaver does not effectively shave as well as my past Norelcos. I sometimes require 2 or more pass overs to attain a clean shave.
