Very Confortable Shave

Good compliment to a razor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using this product. It compliments a razor well. It leaves a subtle stubble. I use this to get rid of my beard before i get a smooth shave done with a razor.

Decent shave but short lived operation

The shaver cuts fairly decent but could definitely be better if had a higher speed. Also this shaver claims it can be ran under the faucet for cleaning but water gets inside the unit and damages the shaver internally. I have had 6 months and it already will not run.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We would like to inform you that we will definitely share this with our product development team your query related to the speed of the product. And the issue related to cleaning, we would like to let you know that you should always rinse the outside of the shaving unit with lukewarm water. Also While rinsing shaving heads, water may drip out of the base of the shaver. This is a normal occurrence. Internal electric parts are in a waterproof compartment, so the shaver will be protected against water damage. If your shaver is internally damaged, we request that you share a picture of the product details imprinted at the back of the handle via Social Media.

We would like to inform you that at Philips, we are committed to reducing plastic waste. As part of our environmental efforts, some Philips products no longer come with a USB power adapter. While this may seem inconvenient, we assure you that it is because most consumers already own one or multiple USB wall adapters. We will continue supplying USB charging cables with the product that can be used with a USB power adapter. If you already own a USB power adapter, make sure that the power adapter is certified and meets safety standards, ideally from a trustworthy brand. See these safety standards for safe charging: Input voltage: 100–240V. Output voltage: 5V. Power output: 1A or higher. If you want to use or charge your product in a moist environment, for example, in the bathroom, always use a splash-proof (IPX4)-rated adapter. If you do not own an adapter, you can search for one of these adapters (HQ87 or WAA1001/WA2001) or search “USB wall adapter” or “wall adapter” on the Philips website.

As an 81 year old man I have purchased many electric shavers I can also that this 3000x is the best I have ever used from day one well done Philips I highly recommend this shaver for the cost it is great value
This model is not good for soft ski , it irritate with bumps and blisters.

In this case, please follow these steps: If you're a new user of the Philips Shaver or have replaced the shaving heads, your skin may need time to adjust, which can cause slight irritation. Allow a two to three-week adjustment period. To reduce irritation, consider using Aloe Vera cream, a gentle moisturizer, or an alcohol-free aftershave. Also, give your skin time to recover between sessions. Here are some tips for the best results and to avoid discomfort and irritation. Ensure your skin is clean before shaving. Keep the shaving unit in full contact with your skin. Apply gentle pressure and use slow, circular movements. Pre-trim long or difficult hair. Clean the shaving heads, cutter, and guard carefully, as they are matched sets for optimal performance. Mixing them can affect shaving quality for weeks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up returning the shaver which I purchased for my husband, it had little power, shaved very poorly, both wet and dry. My women's shaver sounded more powerful. Disappointed.
