Not the best shave I've had.

We recommend you clean your shaver, as some hair or dirt particles may be stuck inside the shaving element, preventing them from turning properly. To clean it, we recommend removing the shaving head, and cleaning the unit from the inside as well. On another note, please make sure you apply slow circular movements on your face with the shaver to achieve optimal results. Hope this helps!

My previous Philips razor lasted 20 years, same style, it worked so well I bought the newer model and I am very very happy with the shave it gives me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet and comfortable with a surprisingly long battery life. I can get a week’s worth of shaves from a single charge.
Paid less for this shaver than I did for my first Norelco in 1969! Completely satisfied.

We are pleased that you are enjoying the features of the shaver, but sorry to hear that the battery is not performing as expected and hope we can help you with this issue. The Shaver 2300 should provide you with 45 minutes of shaving time, that's approximately 13 shaves. Could you fully charge the shaver for 8 hours and try again. If there are no improvements, make sure the shaver is totally free of hair or debris, as this can interfere with its shaving performance. To clean the shaver, simply press the unit release button to open the shaving unit and then rinse the shaving unit and hair chamber with lukewarm water. You can also rinse the outside of the shaving unit with lukewarm water. Next, carefully shake off excess water and let the shaver air dry. We hope these suggestions help!
