Terrible

Does this thing even have blades in it? Good thing it has 40 hours of charging power because that's how long it will take you to shave! You have to repeatedly go over the same stray whiskers, much less get a close shave overall. I realize this is the cheapie model, but you'd think even that would have to meet some sort of low bar. And the flip-up beard trimmer thingie is worthless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model is designed to give you 40 minutes of cordless shaving from an 8 hour charge, providing a consistent and clean shave. To get the best results with the shaver, we'd like to share a few tips:

First, we recommend pre-trimming longer facial hair and making sure that you only apply gentle pressure while shaving. This will make it easier for the blades to catch onto your hairs and cut them. If you prefer dry shaving, please follow these tips: 1) Always wash your face with some water and soap and then dry it properly, 2) Allow at least 15 minutes for your skin to dry completely before you start shaving, 3) Move the shaver on your skin in circular movements to cut all hair growing in different directions. For wet shaving, we again recommend always washing your face with water and soap before you start shaving, and then applying your favorite shaving gel or foam to the skin. You can then start shaving by moving your shaver once again in circular movements over the skin.

Meh....Not a good choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The razor itself is okay. However, if you are someone who would use the trimmer, DO NOT purchase this razor. The trimmer on this razor is like using a lawn trimmer. I can't even use the trimmer on my goatee because of how it pulls and hacks. I wasted my money and will probably throw away this razor and buy a competitor's razor to replace it just so that I can keep my beard trimmed.

We always recommend keeping your trimmer head clean and making sure that it is assembled correctly. When trimming your hairs, hold the trimmer perpendicular to the skin and move the product downwards, exerting gentle pressure. You do not need to press too much, to avoid skin irritation.
Additionally, always make sure that your shaver is fully charged, as this ensures and optimal performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shaver! Contours your face for a smooth shave. Only negative I found is that my finger keeps shutting off the shaver when I hold it. I have always used a Phillips shaver, but latest models have the on and off button right where you hold it

Comfortable handling

I have had a previous model of this shaver. It is easy to use, but I find the battery charge life is a lot shorter. I preferred the previous because now I do have to bring the charger at all times. I don’t trust using it for more than a couple days before the light comes on to recharge. This is only frustrating when travelling - remember the cord!
