Gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Phillips electric shavers for years. This new design is not an improvement. It takes longer to shave and seems to lack power of previous models I have used. I buy the less expensive shavers as they usually work okay for me. This one just seems slower.

Issue with SH30 replacement heads

The shaver is fine but I am not sure what Philips has changed in the manufacturing process of the SH30 heads. They used to last a year plus . Now I am lucky to get 2 months out of a set of replacement heads. I have ordered twe sets and both have lasted less than 2 months.

Your blade heads should also come with a warranty so we'd love to look into your case and replace your heads for you in case there seems to be a production issue. Marginal at best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a blade shaver for decades,having last used an electric shaver more than thirty years ago. So, when I was forced to use one due to medical reasons, I chose this one. I must say that it does not work any better than the one I used so long ago. If I miss a day, this shaver struggles to get even two days growth. I am eagerly awaiting the day when my situation changes so I can stop using this and go back to blades.

Worst Norelco Ever

I wouldn't bring this up to anyone, even if it was $1. Pulls hair very badly, takes a long time to cut, and the head falls off time to time while shaving. This is the worse electric razor Phillips ever made and very disappointing making these razors cheap. The one I had almost 20 years ago was a lot better with no issues and it was Norelco. What happened to the business?

Not as good as foil

Some "Features" are disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 star rating might be too high. 3 1/2 might be more accurate. My instructions say that when you charge the razor that the light will stop blinking when it is fully charged (about 2 or 3 hours). However, the first few times I would charge it, the light would still be blinking after 4 or 5 hours. So, after 3 hours I consider it to be fully charged, even though the light is still blinking. The razor needs to be recharged more frequently as compared to previous Norelco razors that I owned. I need to recharge it after about 5 days. Previous Norelco razors I would recharge about once every 10 days. Overall, I still get a nice shave from it, so I am not totally disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better location for power button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shaver has a power button placed LOWER on the handle to PREVENT accidental shut off while shaving. I was always hitting the power button on my old shaver because it was high on the handle and interfered with holding on to the shaver.
