However, please note that this device is not designed to shave your head, but only your face. With a 8-hour charge, this shaver will last up to 40 minutes (approximately 13 face shaving sessions). For your head, please consider a hair clipper or multigroomer.

If you are a new user of the Philips Shaver, keep in mind that your skin needs to adapt to the electric razor, and we suggest to allow yourself an adjustment period of two to three weeks with your new Shaver. While shaving, it is important to be gentle, especially if you have sensitive skin prone to irritation. Do not press the shaver too hard against your skin. Only apply a gentle pressure which makes your facial hair stand upright and makes it easier for the shaver blades to catch and cut them.

Does not shave close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Norelco shavers virtually my whole life and this one is far and away the worst one. I am surprised Norelco would allow their name on such an inferior product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are really sorry to hear that this particular model is letting you down and appreciate your feedback. It is possible that the performance of your shaver is not meeting expectations as it needs to be cleaned. There could be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to don’t function correctly. To fix this problem, properly clean your shaver. If possible, remove the shaving heads and clean your shaver from the inside as well. We hope this tip will help with the issue.
