Has hard time cutting my facial hair. Motor seems weak compared to old razor.

Have you made sure to charge your device fully prior to shaving? It should take approximately 1 hour. Additionally, please take a look if there is no hair, or debris stuck in the shaving heads. They may block it, and cause malfunctioning of your device.

Works well for the price - have to be careful when opening it for cleaning as the heads will fall out if it's upside down.

Junk. Not as good as my old Norelco

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not shave anywhere near as closely as my old Norelco. My old razor shaved as close as a blade. This one tugs at your stubble and causes a burning sensation after I’m finished. Definitely sorry I bought it.

To get a close shave we would recommend you to follow these steps: Keeping your blades clean and replacing them when required is the number one to make sure you get a close shave. We recommend giving your shaver a quick clean after each shave and a more thorough cleaning each month.The heads of your electric shaver are made up of two parts: the blade for cutting hairs, and the cap to protect your skin. The cap is made of the thinnest possible metal to make sure the blade is cutting as close to your skin as possible while minimizing the risk of nicks or cuts. Hairs do not always grow in a uniform direction and, for that reason, we recommend moving your shaver in circles while applying light pressure. This allows the blades to cut hairs growing in all different directions. Additionally, if you haven’t shaved for three days or longer, pre-trim the longer hairs with a beard trimmer to ensure a better result when using your Philips electric shaver.
