Quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I thought this product was awful but then realized that it wasn't fully charged. LOL I thought that it was very weak and didn't do a very good job but then once I charged it fully overnight, (which I would recommend) it worked like a dream. Very quiet, definitely will get the job done. Now I love it.

Shaver is OK, Sideburn trimmer is a piece of crap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the shaving results. I find the sideburn trimmer an engineering failure. I had to dig my OLD Norelco out of the donation pile to trim sideburns. I am using it correctly and as the directions say BUT it still doesn't trim as needed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Philips Norelco shavers for many years and they lasted a long while. This one was the worst. A charge of 8 hours gave maybe one shave. It didn't seem to be up to speed when shaving, even with the cord. The closeness was just OK. When I opened it to clean, the heads just fell out, They don't stay in well. Seems the quality has gone down and may be a time to move to a new brand. Would not recommend

Bad design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shaver is a replacement for one that I could no longer get replacement heads for. There's something wrong with the surface of the shaver head that makes it feel like it is dragging on my face. My other Norelco shaver does not have this type of head. I think it may be that the head is made of plastic and not metal. The battery is good, and the clipper is good. I just do not get a close shave with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The motor seems underpowered, even when fully charged. It does the job, but I must move slowly... then finish some areas with my old Norelco. This longtime Norelco user may be looking elsewhere if this is the future.
