Not as good as my old unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a older norelco, comparable to this new unit, that has a much longer battery life, and seems to deliver a closer shave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry to hear that the shaver doesn't meet your expectations. It is possible that the performance of your shaver has declined because it is dirty. There can be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to don’t function correctly.

To fix this problem, properly clean your shaver. If possible, remove the shaving heads and clean your shaver from the inside as well.

Great shave at a great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had electric razors off and on over the years, bur always preferred a razor. Went on blood thinners a few years ago, and got tired of getting nicks and bleeding all over! Decided to try this shaver and was very pleasantly surprised! Shaves as close as a razor, and no nicks! Also like the trimmer feature. And the price is great! A definite keeper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact it can be used with or without being plugged into a electric outlet. one charge usually allows 3 shaves . I also like its easy to clean just run it under the faucet. Also light weight .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to the previous Norelco I replaced, this does not match up. The battery life is very short. The quality and closeness of the shave is poor compared to my last Norelco. The feel of the razor, overall, is very cheap. The mustache/sideburn trimmer is lackluster. Overall, not impressed. Next time I need to purchase a razor, I will definitely look for a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My razor runs out of battery life in two days.

Good improvements over my last Philips model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. The head a number of times disassembled on me which was annoying. Now it stays reliably together under all conditions.
2. Also the grip has been improved. The old model was arranged so that you could actually inadvertently shut off while shaving. The spacing has been improved such that this never happens.
