Expected better results

We encourage to fistly allow your skin to get used to a switch to the Norelco. Furthermore, washing your face and using a gentle cleanser and/or exfoliator can guarantee better results. Be quite gentle with your use, emphasize gentle repeated movements over strength.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life is inadequate, and charging time is incredibly slow. My old comparable model still has better battery life and recharge's very fast. At this time I feel my old unit gives me a faster and closer shave, I hope as the new unit will improve with usage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Also, the razor comes without a case and cleaning brush. Again though, it does give you a close shave for an electric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the razor back after one week, I do not have a heavy growth and this could not cut it at all. The top kept on flipping open when I held it. I ended up buying another model with the three floating heads. No I do not recommend this item
