The shaver is already having issues.

My husband is in memory care. I bought this shaver because it was similar to the one he had before that worked for about 2 years. This one has broken within 6 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product does a good job at a reasonable price.

The ergonomic design is an improvement over previous Norelco shavers I have purchased. The body is longer and the on/off switch is lower and not in a place that accidently gets activated while shaving. The battery life is much shorter than I have been used to. I can just make 1 week before it needs to be recharged. The hinge that attaches the shave head to the shaver body is not secure enough. When pushing the button to flip open the head for cleaning, the head flies into the sink. The interior workings are sealed which makes it easy to clean the shaver and head under a faucet. Just be careful that water does not drain into the charging port when charging the razor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is not shave close enough

I chose this rating because the electric shaver does not shave close enough. I’ve had other Phillips shavers that you are far better job

It is so nice to have it handy. I can shave quickly and it leaves such a nice smooth face It fits my hand in such a way that I don’t have to worry about it being too small or large to handle. It is quiet so much so I can use it and my wife isn’t aware of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Because there was no zero! This is my 4th one and it is terrible! Maybe a bad battery, not sure but it really sucks!!!
