I've tried many shavers, but I found that this one is the best, as it doesn't pull my whiskers out by the root like other shavers do. best shave ever!!

So far so good

I wanted to try it out. I have to go through multiple passes, as opposed to blade shaving, to shave the beard. I suggest you add a small brush.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Norelco shaver here. We've looked into it and perhaps it could be that your blades haven't been oiled. We recommend oiling your blades regularly. A drop of oil on the teeth of the cutting blade of your shaver is sufficient. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil. Other than than we also recommend cleaning both the device and the blades from any residual hairs regularly.

Shaving head pops open

Get a good shave from this razor. While turning the corners of my bottom jaw line, the shaving head often pops open. The shaving head must be removed while cleaning, otherwise it will fall off the razor body.

It doesn’t seem to shave as well as my 15+ year old shaver. I’ve used it for over a month. I think it should be past its break in time.

While shaving, it is important to be gentle, especially if you have sensitive skin prone to irritation. Do not press the shaver too hard against your skin. Only apply a gentle pressure which makes your facial hair stand upright and makes it easier for the shaver blades to catch and cut them. Gentle pressure also reduces friction between the shaver and your skin, resulting in a more comfortable experience.
When using your Philips Shaver with a foam or shaving gel, take care of the following tips: • Always wash your face with water and soap before you start shaving. • Apply your favorite shaving gel or foam to your skin. • Start shaving by moving your shaver in circular movements over your skin. This ensures that all hair growing in different directions are removed from your skin.
If you are shaving without water, please take care of the following things: • Firstly, always wash your face with some water and soap and then dry it properly. • Allow at least 15 minutes for your skin to dry completely before you start shaving. • Move the shaver on your skin in circular movements to cut all hair growing in different directions.
