will not hold a charge

This is a replacment shaver for the first one and does not hold a charge only got 4 days on first charge and 2 days on the next one. I have always used Norelco shavers for 30+ years. this will be the last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are a few reasons why this may occur, so we would like to briefly go over these with you. First, if you haven't done so already, please make sure that it is not an issue with the power outlet itself. You can do so by trying to charge the device in another socket or charging another device in the same socket. Next, when your Shaver is charging, you can see an indicator light or battery symbol flashing on it. To save energy, this indicator light automatically turns off 15 or 30 minutes after the Shaver is fully charged. To check if the device's energy-saving mode is on, try unplugging the charging cord and plugging it back in the shaver again. This will prompt the indicator light to start flashing again, and you can be sure that the Shaver is charging.

The blades are dull after 5 uses

I bought this razor to help improve my life making it easier to shave after I have used it 5 times blades are dull

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It is unfortunate to hear that your shaver's blades seem to have become dull in such a short timeframe. Normally, we recommend replacing blades after 1 year, depending on the frequency of use. Thus, perhaps the issue lies elsewhere. To start with, is important to note that you may not get as close a shave as you expect during the first weeks, which is a normal occurrence during the adjustment period. We recommend sticking with it for bit more time to see if results improve. Also, we highly suggest rinsing the blades with lukewarm water after each use, as regular cleaning guarantees better shaving results.

Okay product

The electric shaver does the job. The motor is not that strong. If you have thick mustache or beard, it may not shave that well. You may need to run over it several times. Don't let you hair grow too long or thick. If you shave every day, the shaver should work ok.

I’ve always liked Phillips in the Rocco savers they were the only ones actually work but this one unfortunately works at first but then got dull . even a full charge It wouldn’t she was close as the first few times so if you’re gonna spend this much money on the shaver you might as well get a better version

Easy to use and safe

It is very easy to use and safe - I never get knicks or cuts. The battery charge lasts a long time - more than a week between charges. But, the shave is not nearly as close as I was used to using a cheap manual razor, and it does not reach some spots on my face effectively.
I would recommend this to a friend!
