Not totally satisfied.
I get a good clean shave, but I do have a course beard and some hair is too thick to fit in the fine meshed head.
I find that it looses some power soon after start and it only lasts for 2 or 3 shaves when fully charged.
Also it is not very friendly on “sensitive” areas. I tried it once, and was full of small skin tears and rash like symptoms.

Use computer USB port and not Cell phone charger!

I feel compelled to update my review based on new information. I had given a one star review based on battery not holding charge. After further research, I have found that chargers used for cell phones do not have enough capacity to charge this shaver. I think this may be because this shaver using NiMH battery whereas cell phones use Li-Ion battery. When I plugged the USB cable to my Desktop computer, it charged up properly. Unfortunately, this is not documented anywhere necessitating multiple warranty replacements.

Nice close shave in the neck area which I was looking for, but a little slow. I've wondered if a faster cutter speed would make shaving a little faster. I definitely like the razor and it's an incredible value, less than the price of just a hew head for my other razor.
