Although the clipper lack a little strenght vs the older model.

The ease of cleaning the shaver is outstanding and the swift charge. Frankly, it is not the closest shave but it is also less expensive than my primary shaver (another brand). Quiet, lightweight, portable are all great qualities. Would like a closer shave.

The razor works great in the shower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the shaver works great. I used to use blades but I got older and Wrinkled it was harder to shave with. Now I use the Electric Razor in the shower using my shaving cream and it is so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Electric Shaver. It provides a nice clean shave, that is very smooth. The individual pivoting heads do a great job on the jaw bone lines and different neck features. A couple of things I dislike are; it seems like the button to open the razor for cleaning is protruded a little bit, so it is easily opened (when you don't want it opening). It also seems as though the beard and mustache trimmer on the back is dull and doesn't trim like it should. Battery charge seems to last a good couple of weeks.

Seriously underpowered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a loyal Phillips Razor user for over 20 years. When my last razor wore out my obvious choice was another Phillips having done my research I selected the Wet/Dry Model 2600. I am very disappointed. The unit is seriously underpowered and sounds like it is dying ( even after a full charge). I don't know if this a conscious decision by Phillips to cut costs of to simply offer poorly powered shavers. My last razor sounded twice as powerful as this model and I am seriously considering just tossing this model in a drawer and going out to buy another brand razor that has the power that I am expecting. .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
