The shaver is great like it is except for cord!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this shaver style for its constant on going power available when I need to shave/ I like the size & easy to keep clean/ but 1 thing I wish it had was a better plug on cord the stiff wire tends to tangle up during movement while shaving! Is there a different cord no available for this unit?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shaver cuts well and holds a charge. However, the trimmer blade is challenging to use. It collapses immediately with an upward motion. That is counter intuitive to the circular motion of using the shaver.
