[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older Norelco that stopped holding a charge. It was quite old so I was sort of forced to buy a replacement. The razor works well it doesn’t pull it cuts close it’s much quicker than my older one. The one thing I am very dissatisfied with is the base there is not enough of it to guide the razor so it connects for charging. It seems like I have to fiddle with it to get it just in the right position just in the right this Justin the right that my older Norelco I put it up there. It just plugged right in. It was no issue whatsoever so the design of that as far as I’m concerned is useless it sits at the wrong angle it ought to be leaned back more to where when you put it back in in the section of the razor hits the base it lines it up perfectly with the charging receptacle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3600 is a replacement for my previous 3600 which failed after 10 months. Philips handled the warranty issue responsibly, personably and promptly delivering the new shaver in just a few days. Merchandise sometimes fails, but the measure of the company is how it handles it and, for that, I give Philips kudos. I have been using Norelco shavers off and on for some five decades and, when I try other brands, I always return to Norelco which is quieter, shaves well, and handles easily. Several years ago, another Norelco failed prematurely and Norelco replaced it without fuss. For me, Norelco beats 'em all.
