[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item worked intermittently for about two weeks. After this time period, the razor head was able to carefully fall out of its case. Could not find a place to fix it so it became expendable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It doesn't shave close enough and it takes forever as I keep having to go over the same spots. I have been a blade user all my life. The best thing about it is I don't cut myself anymore. I dislike shaving and also can't stand having a beard so I thought I would try this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to switch to using an electric razor after 40+ years due to having open heart surgery andi am very glad I chose the Norelco! It is very easy to use in the shower or out.
I purchased this shaver on sale at a great price. Love the product, it's great quality and works well both dry & wet shave. The trimmer works weel too! I would highly recommend this shaver to anyone. Mine didn't come with a soft storage case/pouch so my only suggestion is that should you want one, pay the little extra for the next package up that has it. Unfortunately it was not in stock at the retailer at the time of my purchase.
