[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new head for my old Philps shaver thinking it was an OEM replacement. It was not and was terrible. In the meantime I had discarded the old head, so I decided to just buy a new shaver - and I'm glad I did. The 3900 is a big improvement over my 10 year old shaver, even when it was new.
