Here are some steps you can take to help keep your shaver at its best maintenance. First, rinse the shaving unit with lukewarm water to remove any hair build-up. This will prevent the blades from getting clogged with hair, which can slow things down. Next, make sure there's no gel or foam residue on the blades. After cleaning, let it air dry to avoid damaging the blades.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a Norelco shaver for over 20 years. I recently treated myself to a new 3900 S3341/92 Wet & Dry. What a tremendous positive difference! I have not had a closer shave in years. I attribute it to the "floating head," which guides along the contours of one's face.

I have a heavy beard and am very prone to the 5-o'clock shadow, but this razor eliminates that situation. I can actually stay smooth shaven for 48 hours. Thanks for making a great shaver.
