[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using blades for the last 50 years. This is my first electric shave find it so simple to use. Not as close as a blade shave but very good and comfortable to use. On so many blood thinners that I no longer can shave with a blade and this 3900 shave does the job very well with out the razor cuts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I get a smooth, safe and comfortable, close shave with this shaver. One thing I'm very disappointed with is there is no travel case supplied with the product. I think Philips doing this is really cheap, that to me is like you buy shoes but the laces are a separate cost.
