[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Move the shaver very slowly and at various angles. No needs to move it fast, you’re not waxing a car. I have sensitive neck skin and was easily irritated with other electric shavers. But with the 3600 there is zero irritation. I shave in bed, while watching tv, & even on the toilet last week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the type of shaver I need to use. Other types do not shave well for me. My other Norelco’s have had the lift and cut blades, and they worked very well. These blades work a little better than the lift and cut blades.
